Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item under the following conditions:

1. Return Period – Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Item Condition – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Refund Process – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions – Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.

5. Consumer Rights – Order cancellations and returns are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010.
